The programme

A 52-week programme that takes you from the shop floor to running a multi-million-pound area of stores, starting on £52,020 and rising to £98,050 by year 8, with a fully expensed company car and five weeks' holiday plus bank holidays.1

You'll need a 2:1 degree in any subject, a driving licence, the right to work in the UK, and 96 UCAS points or 63 Scottish Highers from your top three A-levels.1

The interview process

As Aldi UK describes it.1

  1. Online application and tests

    Assessing your judgement and personal qualities.

  2. "Who am I?" video

    A video showing your knowledge of Aldi and your leadership skills.

  3. Psychometric test

    An online test of your core skills and personal qualities.

  4. Assessment

    An individual presentation, then a one-to-one competency interview on your drive, professionalism and leadership.

  5. Final interview

    With the Regional Managing Director.

  1. Know Aldi. Your "Who am I?" video is meant to show it.
  2. Bring leadership stories from sport, societies, part-time jobs or anywhere you've taken charge.
