As of September 2026 Aldi runs 1,092 UK stores and has a 10.6% share of the UK grocery market. In the 12 months to 31 December 2025, Aldi UK's sales rose 5% to a record £19 billion, and operating profit was £432.9 million, down from £435.5 million in 2024. Giles Hurley is Chief Executive of Aldi UK and Ireland.2
