The interview process

- Online application
Recruitment is rolling, so Tesco encourages you to apply as soon as you can.
- Game-based assessment~15 min
Four quick games testing number skills, thinking and behaviour, playable on a phone, laptop or desktop.
- Video interview
Recorded answers, assessed against Tesco's Win Together behaviours and reviewed by people. Technology roles add a technical interview.
- Virtual Discovery Centre
A day of group tasks and individual work. You get a group coaching call beforehand.
- Outcome
Feedback by phone, then a written report. Finance roles add a face-to-face interview.

- Apply early. Places are filled on a rolling basis.
- Read up on Tesco's Win Together behaviours and have an example for each.
- Join the coaching call before the Discovery Centre.
